Tim was Adopted by Ron and Betty as a baby. He was originally from Altrincham Cheshire.
Ron and Betty were desperate for children but Betty was not able to carry a child full term.

Tim went to Mile End School, Stockport and then started a Bakery Course at Buxton. He also worked in his Dad’s fruit and veg business eventually taking over the business on Stockport Market when Ron retired.
